NO MORE HEROES is available for syndication to almost any radio station. At the moment there is no charge for this. Just a few common-sense points to bear in mind...
I'd like to run the show, what's the best way to let you know?
If you would like the show on your station, please email us at mail@magnusshaw.co.uk mentioning where you would like to place the programme in your schedule, your location, station name and website.
What happens next?
We'll take a brief look at your website, just so we know where the show is going to air. If all is well and good, we will include your email address on our distribution list, and you will receive a weekly notification when the show is ready to download as an MP3. There is a 60 minute and 120 minute version. This is distributed via WeTransfer on a Friday evening at about 11.30pm (UK) or before. You are then free to use the file for broadcast.
Is there any reason you would refuse access to the show?
If you're very rarely off-air, and run things to a professional standard, it's quite unlikely. Importantly though, if your station in any way promotes violence, bigotry, or extreme religious or political views, it's a 'no' from us.
Why can't I just download it from here?
Although the show can be downloaded from this site, this service is really for listeners and you must notify us if you intend to re-broadcast it.
What about time-checks and news?
The show contains no time checks, weather reports, news or similar, so can be broadcast at any time of day, in any territory.
Do you offer any promotional material for the show?
Yes. If you would like to receive promotional graphics for the show, or recorded trailers, just let us know.
What if I want to stop running the show?
Should you no longer wish to recieve the show and download alert, just tell us and we'll remove you from the list.
Do you have all the licences needed
Yes. But you are responsible for any licence or copyright liabilities required for broadcasting the show on your station.
May I edit the show?
The show is offered 'as is'. You may not substantially edit the show to change its format, intention or content. Slight tweaks for timings are acceptable.
What if I'd like the show exclusively?
If you have a suitable budget, then that could be possible. However, right now, the show is not offered exclusively. It will appear on other stations and in other countries.
May I sell advertising on the show?
You may not accept sponsorship or advertising specifically for NO MORE HEROES, without consulting us. If sponsorship is for your station generally, then that isn't a problem. Equally, you may not schedule the show so as to imply its endorsement of any product, service, ideology, or political affiliation.
Will you ever stop offering the show?
The show is offered at our discretion, and we reserve the right to withdraw syndication at any time. We will give you as much notice as possible, but cannot be held responsible for any losses or consequences.
Is this a legal contract?
Not at all. Provision of the show is on a friendly and casual basis. No legal contract exists between us.

What will I be sponsoring?
Whether you would like to sponsor the show on a regular or permanent basis, just an individual programme, or even one of the features or hours, we'd be delighted to partner with you.
Can I just run an advertisement on the show?
Due to the mechanics of syndication, we don't offer advertising space - but sponsorship is very flexible and a brilliant way to promote your brand.
How does sponsorship work?
When the portion of the programme you have sponsored arrives, our presenter's introduction will include the phrase "...in association with xxxxxx" This is where the listener will hear your name. The script can be longer too.
Should you sponsor an entire show, your sponsorship phrase will be included each time the name of the programme is used. This will be at least twice an hour.
Your brand will also feature on this site, alongside the programme you have sponsored. If you are sponsoring the show for an extended period, your brand will feature in our promotional material and website header.
Who will hear my message?
NO MORE HEROES is currently heard on more than 90 radio stations (and their affiliates) globally - from Australia to the USA; as well as being available as an 'on-demand', weekly podcast - so the opportunities are significant.
